Furniture Nips & Tucks

I gave this cane Cd Cabinet a bit of a face lift,all the cane on the front door was worn & falling to bitz this was actually given to me by a family member (Thanks Pippa Luv.xox)so i decided to tackle this beautiful piece,so I cut all the  broken cane out & replaced it with some square mesh & some jewl diamontes at the bottom & now it looks great,will leave it this dark brown colour for now,but may give it a lick of paint in the near future.

I hope you have all had a wonderfully blessful Christmas with friends & family & enjoying the beggining of our New year!

Wow! I can't believe we are in a New Year which means New things ,Places,People & ideas.Over the Holidays whilst the kiddies are home amongst other things, I decided to make some home made paper clay from News paper pulp the clay is very much like DAS paper clay. I made these a piggy Bank he's a bit wonky & a primitive Art doll in a Black & green poker dotted dress(inspired by Mystele ) & so here are the results.My three younger children had decided to create there own piggy banks  as to which I will posted pictures once they are finished.
